He is seasoned Real Estate Investment specialist with 35 years of experience. Elie has a proven track record in real estate with extensive experience sourcing, investing and divesting globally and across different economic cycles. Has provided advisory services to various financial institutions on matters related to Real Estate investments.
He was Head of Real Estate at Bank Audi from 1998 to 2019 and Chairman of Faqra Club Group, one of the largest real estate companies in Lebanon, which he managed for over 17 years. Elie holds a CEA - Property Programming from Université Paris Villemin and a Master of Architecture degree from Ecole Speciale d'architecture - Paris. He is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate and has the CRE professional designation.

Prior to joining Bluestone, Georges held a managerial position in Bank Audi and then led a real estate asset management company with operations in Cyprus and Portugal. Georges holds a masters from Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics - Paris and a REM from Harvard Business School.
